Refund Policy

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Due to the consumable and perishable nature of food products, we do not accept returns simply because of a change of mind.


Damaged/Wrong Products: If you receive a damaged jar or the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video/photo. We will issue a replacement or a refund after verification.


Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
